Because we prefer to work with you in a way that allows you to have time to evaluate our offerings in the comfort of your own setting we tend to use avenues other than trade shows. Therefore we give you the option of looking at the product lines on this website and giving us an indication of the ones you are interested in. Based on your feedback we will send you a sample selection that you can see and experience in person within the atmosphere of your gallery or shop.

If you would rather buy directly from the website please email us at info@constellationsbyvictoria.com and we will email you a copy of our wholesale rates. Once you have that simply email us with the following and we’ll give you the total including shipping and handling:

             1) A list of the item numbers and quantities desired
             2) Your payment type
             3) Your name, business name, telephone number and delivery address
             4) Your resale permit number

Terms

Your first order must be prepaid by check, credit card, or PayPal. We have a minimum opening order of $200, with no minimum re-order. Turn-around time is 2 to 5 weeks.

We offer Net 30 day terms to customers who reach purchases of $2,000 per year. Please supply one bank reference, three trade references, and allow 3 to 5 weeks for Net 30 day.

We normally ship via USPS and charge actual shipping costs plus insurance. We charge a handling fee of $5.00 on all shipments under $500. On orders over $500, there is no handling fee.

We accept returns for credit within 15 days of the invoice, with RA Number (Return Authorization Number) and a copy of the invoice. Please call us for an RA Number before sending merchandise back. We do not accept returns without prior authorization and RA Number.

We can drop ship to your customers anywhere in the USA for a $5.00 fee plus actual shipping.
